Do not attend training if you are not feeling well

  • Inform the coach if you do not feel well at any time during any training session
  • Bring your own water or sports drink and do not share drinks for food with players not from your household.
  • Do not spit on surfaces
  • Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or inside of elbow
  • Do not share beverage containers or food with other players not from your household
