  • Wednesday only (August 21-Oct 23)
  • Led by MFC trainers
  • Coaches will assist
  • Specific soccer curriculum will be taught

  • Make-Ups will be by appointment with the photographer (no specific make-up day)

  • 11am-1pm (Aug 24) - practice/warmup, then game at 12:00
  • 9am-11am (Sep 7-Oct 19) - practice/warmup, then game at 10:00
  • 9am-1pm (Oct 26) – practice/warmup, then games at 10:00 and 12:00, then trophies/tees
  • Players warmup in red jerseys, may switch to white for the game
  • Trainers will oversee warmup
  • Coaches will manage games
  • Trainers will be the referees
  • Rules
    • 4v4, no goalkeeper
    • Players/Coaches share the sidelines between the fields, parents on the sidelines opposite the players/coaches
    • White team is home team, visiting team kicks off first half
    • Game ball is size 3 (club provides 3 game balls)
    • Quarters are 10 minutes (5 minutes breaks)
    • No heading
    • No offside
    • Goal kick from anywhere in goal area (opponents past midfield)
    • Corner Kick from corner spot (oppponents past 10 yards)
    • All fouls = Indirect Free Kick


  • Ball = size 3
  • All players need shin guards and soccer cleats for practice, games and picture day
  • All players should have a ball to practice at home, and bring to practice (do not bring to games)
  • Attendance is important for all players to learn and have fun
