You can register online from your PC, tablet or smart phone.  To register you must:

• Complete the US Club registration form, and be able to upload it from your device (a picture is fine!)
  • Download/Print US Club registration form (English)
  • Download/Print US Club registration form (Spanish)
• Have the player's birth certificate, and be able to upload it from your device (a picture is fine!)
• Be able to pay the $50 registration fee by credit card ($10 discount for additional siblings)
